Pelikan Converter for Cartridge Fountain pens

“The Converter from Pelikan turns a cartridge pen into a plunger pen and is for the filling of fountain pens from the ink bottle. The Converter is installed into the fountain pen the same way as a cartridge. The pen is then dipped into a bottle of ink until the nib and part of the grip section is submerged in the ink. Subsequent the knob of the Converter is turned until the ink is absorbed.
